Enzo was up at the crack this morning, so we headed out to the west side for breakfast at our favorite place. Enzo was a bit crazy, sort of screeching and laughing, so we had to take shifts carrying him around outside. He wasn't too interested in actually eating. He was ready for his morning nap by the time we got back to the house.
After nap we headed out to Li and Neil's to the see the new baby. He is so small, only 6 lbs just like Enzo was. I can't believe Enzo was ever that tiny. Both Zoe and I got choked up just looking at that little guy and thinking about our little Enzer.
When we got home, we rolled around in the front yard with the dogs. Enzo has really been laughing at Harriet a lot lately. The dogs were fighting over this green ball (formerly Enzo's ball) and he just thought it was hilarious. A while later, Zoe was making Harriet shake, and Enzo was cracking up. Enzo had lox and bagels for lunch and was loving the salmon and the salmon eggs too. Really loved it.
Like a good little japanese taiwanese italian german english irish kid, Enzo had corned beef, cabbage and potatoes for dinner tonight. He went to bed a little late tonight, but was a lot of fun. Trying to walk all over, laughing at the puppies, and generally trying to get into whatever he could.
