Enzo got to see the big trucks and his buddy in the tower crane again first thing because daddy was nice enough to drive him across Pasadena. They watched all the action for awhile - Enzo munched happily on a croissant in the backpack the whole time. His favorite thing to say when he sees something cool is "wow", only he drags it out and says "waaaow".

He had a fun day with Alex, and mommy raced through her clinic today because she was so excited about Enzo's first time trick or treating. He got into his octopus costume with a little begging and a lot of effort and we were literally the first ones to hit the street today. He learned to say "trick or treat" ("twikoteet") and "knock knock" as he knocked on the doors. We had dinner at Jack's house down the street — he dressed up as a doctor and was very sweet. We discovered that their dog is named Zoe, also. They kept talking about her and it confused the hell out of Zoe until she figured it out.

Enzo charmed all the neighbors and got a lot of candy loot...for mommy and daddy. When we got home we gave out some candy, took a nice bath, had our usual books and snuggy and he hit the sack without complaints. A sweet first real Halloween for Enzer.
