After breakfast, we drove to drop off mommy's car, and then headed out to the zoo. Enzo fell asleep in the car on the way over, and stayed asleep for about 30 minutes. Eric and Christa and Wes met us there.
Enzo had a lot of fun at the zoo. He loves all the different animals. I think he particularly likes monkeys. For some reason he can relate to them I think. A couple of the species we saw were howling and yelping so loudly that Enzo covered his ears. He did like the zebras again, and the camel too. We also saw the jaguar eat a couple pounds of ground beef which was cool.
Back home, we ate a snack and played with trains for a while. After two failed nap attempts, we gave up. When our landscape guy came, we parked Enzo in front of Nemo for a bit so we could talk about the front yard. Everytime we looked in the window or poked our head in the door to check on Enzo, he in a different position on the floor in the front of the TV.
After Nemo, we picked up mommy's car. Enzo and I stopped for a Jamba Juice. I discovered that giving Enzo a Jamba Juice in the backseat by himself was not a good idea. He spilled it on himself and then rubbed it all over his legs and shorts.
Mommy picked up Chinese food, and after a short walk down the sidewalk, we ate dinner. Enzo loved his fruit custard thing.
We stopped by the Plfeegers on our family walk, and then continued on around the block. Enzo started to fall asleep in the backpack (only 30 minutes of sleep all day), so we hurried home and threw him in the bath. He rallied a little bit after his bath and milk, but was obviously exhausted. After a few books and songs from mommy, he was ready for bed around 7:15PM.
