Enzo and I went to Cindy's for breakfast this morning. It was so foggy this morning driving down the hill. We were the only people there at first. Enzo ate a nice big breakfast of his usual silver dollar pancakes and peaches. Back home, we just goofed around until Zoe came home.

Mommy was so happy to see Enzo. He was running in and out of his cardboard house and pulled her into the house first thing. They had fun opening all the windows.

Mommy and daddy got started on the Thanksgiving cooking they had to do while Enzo watched a little bit of Planet Earth. A-ma invited us to ichat, and she had her mom and sister with her (Enzo's great grandmother and great-aunt) They had a nice time ichatting, even though Enzo was shy at first. But he really got into it and showed off his belly button and gave A-ma some kisses. After we said goodbye, while mommy was making Enzo some lunch, he kept saying A-ma, A-ma, so we invited them to ichat again. There is nothing that chinese women like more than to see a relative eat, especially when it is an only grandson/greatgrandson eat noodles with a pair of chopsticks. They clapped after he took each bite and Enzo was mightily amused. He even said E-ma (Chinese for great aunt). Many kisses later we said goodbye.

Mommy and Enzo read a bunch of books together while daddy took the pups on a walk, then we packed up our beautiful apple pie and gorgeous pumpkin cheesecake and drove to Manhattan Beach for dinner with Leah, Paul, Maya and Michael.

Enzo had a healthy nap in the car and was in a chipper mood when he woke up. We had an AMAZING dinner that Leah slaved over, with little Michael tethered to her hip all the while. Turkey, potatoes, yams, cranberries, gravy - yum. Enzo especially liked the whipped yams. Dessert was decadent and delicious and Enzo even got a little bit of ice cream.

After we got home we had the usual bath, books and bed right on time. Enzo said "love you" to mommy for the first time tonight. We are thankful for our happy and healthy little bug.
