meet up
Zoe had another morning off, so we went to Peets for coffee and breakfast. There was a big excavator in the next lot tearing up an building. Enzo was thrilled, but there was a lot of dust in the air so we didn't watch for too long.
Nanny Note: We went to Eaton Canyon to play in the stream. We hung out in the Nature Center for a while and had a small snack. At home we watched rat movie and went to Kidspace again. Jeez, they are sick of us.
When Zoe got home, we went up to the park to meet some of Enzo's friends for a picnic. Gabe, Luke, Jack, Wes, and Harlow were there. All the kids had fun running around playing with the lacrosse sticks, golf clubs, kites, and various balls and bikes. Enzo really liked the kites. Good thing Jack told his dad to bring an extra one for him. It was great to finally get everyone together. We've been taking about doing it for a year.
Enzo was exhausted after his huge day. He got a short bath and went to bed a bit early.
