not kidding
We went for a short walk before dinner. Enzo scrambled up into our neighbors yard, and was grabbing these little red berries from their bushes. I told him not to, and took step toward him. Of course he thought we were playing some berry picking chasing game, so he squealed and ran around laughing. When he went back to pick more, I said "i'm not kidding", but couldn't stop smiling. So then he started running around saying "not kidding. not kidding." Nice.
He ate a very diverse dinner of bento box bits from the Japanese market. Then Enzo carried a Kewpie mayo bottle up to the Pfleegers. There was a guy up in tree with a chainsaw cutting limbs. Enzo said, "man up there fighting tree."
Back home we chilled some rat movie and a bite of desert before bath. Again, after a few books, he asked for "one book then teeth". When we put him in the crib, he was wide awake. I think he just wants to have some time by himself before bed. Sometimes we hear him in there talking to himself recounting the day.
